Before you inquire
Who is eligible for the program?
Active and retired firefighters, police officers, sheriff's deputies, corrections officers, paramedics, EMTs and 911 dispatchers serving St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County and surrounding areas. Also active duty service members and veterans of every branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, including the National Guard and Reserves — no geographic limit, wherever you served or are stationed. Spouses and immediate family are included.
Does my department have to enroll before I can inquire?
No. You can inquire as an individual whether or not your organization has an agreement with us. Selecting your organization simply tells us where you are coming from and which clinic to route you to.
How do I prove I am a first responder?
Bring your department ID, badge, or a recent pay stub to your first visit. Military members and veterans can bring a military ID, VA card, or DD-214. Program pricing is activated at that point and applies to your immediate family as well.
Do you take insurance?
NEUAGE operates on transparent membership pricing rather than insurance billing, which is what allows same-week appointments and direct provider access.
